1. What you get
Earn rewards worth 10% of what you pay for eligible eSIMs. Rewards from each set of ten eligible eSIMs unlock after the tenth is fulfilled. A new set must reach ten before its rewards unlock.
2. Members only
This programme is for Alt eSIM members only. Joining is free — one tap with your email or Google account. You must be signed in when you buy for the order to count towards your account. Orders placed while signed out, or through an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude and the like), do not count. Only orders on the same account add up, so sign in with the same email each time.
3. How to use it
Once a set of ten has unlocked, choose to apply your available rewards at checkout. Pay any difference; unused unlocked rewards remain available. Rewards accruing towards the next ten cannot be used early.
4. How it is calculated
The ten-eSIM threshold counts successfully paid and fulfilled eSIM units, including multiple units in one order. Rewards equal 10% of the amount paid on eligible orders, so ten differently priced eSIMs may not fund one fully free eSIM. Sale-day orders, orders using any promotion code, and orders using rewards do not count towards ten and do not earn rewards.
5. Limits
Choose only one of sale-day pricing, a promotion code or rewards per order. A reward order uses the regular price. Rewards can only be redeemed through Stripe; eligible KPay purchases still count and earn rewards. After a reward deduction, the amount due must be US$0 or at least US$0.50. Rewards cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
6. Refunds
If an order is refunded, the rewards that order earned are reversed. If you used rewards on that order, the amount you used is returned to your account.
7. Expiry
Unused rewards expire after 24 consecutive months without a purchase. Any new order restarts the clock.
8. Changes
The new accrual and ten-eSIM unlock rules apply to orders after this update is published. Reward balances earned and available before this update remain usable and are not reduced by it. Future changes will be published here. Questions: [email protected].
