1. Terms Overview
Welcome to ALT eSIM. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Service Description
ALT eSIM provides prepaid mobile data eSIM services for travelers to use mobile data abroad. Our eSIMs are data-only services and do not include voice calls or SMS (unless otherwise stated for specific plans). Data plan validity periods begin from the time of activation.
3. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are processed through the Stripe secure payment platform. All prices are denominated in US Dollars (USD) and all payments are charged in USD regardless of your location or display language. The site may show reference prices in other currencies, but the actual charge is always in USD. All applicable fees are included. Upon successful payment, the eSIM QR code will be immediately available via email and the order page. Each QR code is single-use and non-transferable.
4. eSIM Installation & Usage
Users are responsible for confirming their device supports eSIM. Once an eSIM is scanned and installed, it is considered used and is non-refundable. We recommend installing the eSIM before departure and enabling data roaming upon arrival. Installation should be done on a Wi-Fi connection.
5. Data Usage & Fair Use
Data plan allowances are as stated at the time of purchase. Some plans may reduce speed after reaching certain usage thresholds. Using eSIM data for illegal activities, excessive downloading, or any purpose that may affect network quality is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend service for fair use policy violations.
6. Refund Policy
All eSIM purchases are final once payment is confirmed — no refunds, returns, or cancellations are offered, whether or not the eSIM has been installed or used. Please confirm your destination, plan duration, and device compatibility before buying. See our Refund Policy page for details.
7. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee uninterrupted network service at all locations. Network coverage and speed depend on local carrier infrastructure. We are not liable for any losses caused by network instability, device incompatibility, or user error.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes should first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
