Why are sales final?

An eSIM is a one-time digital product. Once issued it reserves carrier resources and cannot be recovered or resold, so all sales are final. We list every plan detail up front and provide device-compatibility information — please confirm before paying.

Before you buy

•The destination, plan duration, and data suit your trip
•Your email address is correct (the QR code is sent there instantly)
