Buy 10 eSIMs and the next one is on us. Every order you place counts automatically towards your account, and what you have saved comes off any later order. It runs by itself — no discount codes, no minimum to reach first, nothing to remember.
2. Members only
This programme is for Alt eSIM members only. Joining is free — one tap with your email or Google account. You must be signed in when you buy for the order to count towards your account. Orders placed while signed out, or through an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude and the like), do not count. Only orders on the same account add up, so sign in with the same email each time.
3. How to use it
On your next order, tick “Use my rewards” just above the payment button and the amount comes off that order straight away. Use as much as you have: if it does not cover the whole order you simply pay the difference, and anything left over stays for next time. There is no minimum — whatever you have is usable.
4. How it is calculated
Each order counts towards your rewards based on what you actually paid. So ten orders of a similar price add up to roughly one free eSIM; if your ten orders differ a lot in price, the total follows the amounts rather than the count. An order partly paid with rewards only counts on the discounted amount you actually paid — rewards do not earn further rewards. You can see your current balance any time under My Account.
5. Limits
Rewards can only be applied to orders paid through Stripe. Buyers in Mainland China and Macau go through a different checkout where rewards cannot yet be applied (they still accumulate, and can be used later on a Stripe order). Because of the payment platform's minimum charge, a deduction can never leave an order due between US$0.01 and US$0.49 — the system automatically keeps at least US$0.50 payable, or takes the order to US$0, so your payment never fails. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn.
6. Refunds
If an order is refunded, the rewards that order earned are reversed. If you used rewards on that order, the amount you used is returned to your account.
7. Expiry
Unused rewards expire after 24 consecutive months without a purchase. Any new order restarts the clock.
8. Changes
We may change or end this programme at any time. Changes are published on this page and only affect what you earn after they are published; rewards you have already accumulated are not reduced by a change of terms. Questions: [email protected].
