ALT eSIM is operated by a Hong Kong-based travel team. We launched on Shopify in 2024 as altsimcard.shop and expanded to our own platform altesim.com in May 2026. We believe staying connected while travelling should be effortless — no SIM-card queues, no roaming surprises.

altsimcard.shop is our Shopify storefront, operating since 2024 with thousands of trips served (featured on HKTVmall, Mama730, TapNow). altesim.com uses the same wholesale eSIM pool, the same Hong Kong support team, and the same legal entity — but because we own the stack, we skip Shopify's ~2.9% fees and pass the savings straight into plan pricing.
