Our eSIM roams onto Ooredoo's network in Qatar and Oman. In Chinese, these destinations are referred to as 卡塔爾 and 卡塔爾+阿曼. This means if you are traveling to either of these countries, our eSIM is a suitable option for your connectivity needs. The eSIM will automatically connect to Ooredoo's network when you arrive in these countries, providing you with the data you need to stay connected. However, it is important to remember that our eSIM will only work in these specific destinations and not in other countries.

Choosing the Right Plan Shape

When selecting a plan, you need to consider the total data you will need for your trip, as we do not offer daily plans. Our plans come in tiers of 5GB, 10GB, and 20GB, with a trip length ranging from 15 to 30 days. This means you have to estimate the amount of data you will use over the course of your trip. For example, if you plan to use maps, social media, and stream some music, you might want to opt for a higher data tier. The cheapest plan across these destinations is US$18.19, which is for the 5GB tier. Remember, there is no refund for unused data, so plan accordingly.

Getting Connected

Connecting with our eSIM is straightforward. Once you have purchased the eSIM, you will receive a QR code. You can then activate the eSIM on your device by scanning the QR code. The eSIM will automatically connect to Ooredoo's network when you arrive in Qatar or Oman. This process is seamless and does not require any additional steps. However, it is important to ensure that your device is compatible with eSIM technology before purchasing. If your device is not compatible, you will not be able to use the eSIM.

What Happens When the Allowance Runs Out

When your data allowance runs out, your internet access will be paused until you purchase more data. You can easily top up your eSIM through our website or app. However, do note that there is no grace period or carryover of unused data. Once your data is depleted, you will need to buy more to continue using the service. This is why it is crucial to choose a plan that suits your data needs.
